1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the CloudPi platform, APIs, command-line interfaces, or compute resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated acceptable use policies.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

CloudPi infrastructure must not be used for unauthorized network probing, malicious cryptocurrency mining without explicit compute authorization, distribution of malware, denial-of-service attacks, or activities violating applicable international cybersecurity regulations.

3. Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and private SSH keys. CloudPi enforces modern security safeguards including CSRF prevention, session regeneration, and cryptographic password hashing via password_hash().

4. Resource Metering & Payments

Compute instances, storage volumes, and bandwidth are metered transparently. All recurring subscription charges are billed in advance, while overages are computed on per-second usage intervals. Invoices are generated electronically and archived within your billing console.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

CloudPi guarantees 99.99% monthly infrastructure uptime. Financial service credits are automatically provided pursuant to the SLA matrix published on our enterprise governance portal.
