1. Data Ownership & Sovereignty

At CloudPi, our core principle is absolute customer data sovereignty. You retain full ownership of all data, container images, code repositories, databases, and logs uploaded to or processed through the platform. We never monetize, scrape, or sell customer telemetry.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal necessary information required to operate and secure your cloud account: your name, corporate email address, organization name, authentication logs, and billing payment tokenization details.

3. Cryptographic Storage & Encryption

Customer passwords are never stored in plaintext and are hashed using modern PHP PASSWORD_BCRYPT algorithms. All customer data at rest is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and traffic in transit is strictly TLS 1.3 enforced.

4. GDPR & European Rights

European Union residents have explicit rights to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete personal data under GDPR Articles 15 through 20. Account data exports can be initiated directly from your account profile settings.
