Everything You Need to Know About CloudPi
Answers to common questions regarding billing, data migration, security certifications, container orchestration, and multi-region deployment.
CloudPi leverages an active-active Anycast edge fabric with automated multi-zone compute failover. In the event of a physical hardware anomaly, container workloads and virtual instances are live-migrated with zero TCP disconnect.
Yes! CloudPi is 100% OCI-compliant. You can push existing Docker images directly to the CloudPi Container Registry or link your GitHub/GitLab repository for automatic Dockerfile detection and zero-config deployment.
Resource usage is calculated per-second. Compute, storage, and egress bandwidth are tracked in real time. We offer predictable monthly plans with included allowances and transparent overage rates with no hidden egress fees.
CloudPi is compliant with SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA. All customer data at rest is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and traffic in transit is strictly TLS 1.3 enforced.
CloudPi performs incremental daily block-level snapshots across all attached NVMe volumes. Snapshots are encrypted with customer-controlled KMS keys and replicated across three distinct geographic availability zones. You can restore a full volume snapshot in under 30 seconds.
Yes. CloudPi offers month-to-month flexibility with zero long-term commitments. You can upgrade, downgrade, or terminate services immediately from the Billing Console. Unused hourly compute quotas are automatically credited back to your account balance.
